Made from 304 stainless steel, these sanitary Tri-Clover butterfly valves feature a pull-trigger lock with multiple lockable positions. The handle pulls outward to release the lock and rotate the valve. Butterfly valves are lighter and more compact than ball valves and can be cleaned in place since the disc clears the bore when open. Note: butterfly valves are best suited to on-off applications; ball valves offer better fine flow control.
