Made from strong 304 stainless steel, these flanged lock nuts pair with NPS (National Pipe Straight Thread) hardware. The straight-threaded design and flanged exterior create a tight, distributed seal against the mounting surface and resist loosening from vibration. PTFE tape on the threads is recommended to improve seal quality.
